Acceptance. By using Sidelined you agree to these terms. Sidelined is a self-help tool, not medical treatment or professional counseling.
Not a medical service. Sidelined supports behavior change but does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis, contact 1-800-GAMBLER or your local emergency services.
Your account. You can create an account to secure and restore your progress, and you can permanently delete it — and erase your data — anytime in Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Subscriptions. Sidelined offers auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Community conduct. The community is anonymous and judgement-free. No promotion of gambling, no sharing of betting picks, lines, or referral codes, and no harassment. You can block or report any member, and violations may be removed.
Limitation of liability. Sidelined is provided as-is. We are not liable for gambling losses or decisions made while using the app.
